I believe my clients are entitled to reasonably priced or fixed–fee based, honest and transparent legal services with no hidden expenses. I am aware engaging legal services may be financially and personally stressful. I have worked across Australia and India extensively since 1998 and bring a wealth of knowledge with me to this business. I am committed to provide high quality, cost effective  legal services.

The five reasons why you should consider engaging my services:

1. I shall attend to your calls personally.

2. I shall review your documents and understand your requirements at no cost and provide a quote to you. You pay nothing till you agree to a reasonable or fixed fee for the initial quantum of work. Subsequent portions of work shall be quoted on a fixed fee basis wherever possible.

3. I shall endeavour to resolve your legal issues using non–litigious techniques where possible. I am conscious litigation can be higher costs and stress for most clients.

4. You pay me to understand your legal, factual and financial circumstances and work with you to achieve optimal outcomes. After all, a satisfied client translates into a long-term business relationship.

5. I am affiliated with barristers across WA, which can be leveraged if necessary to achieve specific dispute outcomes.
